What are we doing here? Why Substack?
To those who found us while exploring Substack, welcome to your one-stop shop for election news without the toxic rhetoric. Here you can read a little bit about us and our mission here. And to those who are from our email list and have been with us since the beginning, thank you for sticking with us as we transition to this platform!
WHY SUBSTACK? It is no secret (or should I say conspiracy theory👀) that creators and organizations of all backgrounds are being limited in their speech and reach on many of the big-name platforms.
We have been playing around with substack for a while now and what we see coming from this platform is a dream come true for those of us trying to engage and share information that time and time again gets you put in the Big Tech time-out chair. With substack, we no longer have to post and pray that our content reaches you, there is no algorithm to try and beat, instead when you subscribe our content is sent directly to your inbox!
Our goal is to create a space where you can feel safe to ask questions, get information without an agenda, and engage in the election conversation in a way that is productive so that we as a nation can have faith in the process and its results.
